I really appreciated how quick it was to walk to Dogwood Park, where I enjoyed a lovely afternoon stroll and the Cookeville History Museum was just a short drive away, making it easy to check out local history and culture.

The room was pretty comfy with nice bedding and a microwave and fridge, which were super handy since we stayed for a few days. It was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the ability to switch rooms after the first one had privacy issues. The only downside was that it was next to the pool, which had this annoying hum that made it hard to relax. But the location was quiet overall, which I liked.

They had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived, that kind of touch just makes things better. Also, the breakfast room was set up perfectly, the food was tasty, especially the blueberry waffles, it was like a little treat in the morning.

Wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, it’s acceptable.
