The building is nice and the rooms are well stocked and well-maintained with a good bed, pullout couch. They put safety first, offer safe in rooms...

Nothing that i didn't like.

I dropped my diamond earring down the bathroom drain.My husband let the lady at the front desk know as we were heading out for the day. When we returned that evening my earring was on the counter with a nice note!

rob hooked us up with an upgraded room. much thanks. pillows were amazing. kids loved having a pool.

still a bit expensive for the family budget. breakfast wasn't much.

The room was a nice size and well-kept, I had pleasant experience.

We liked rooms for value. It had good facilities, every hotel should provide a safe, TV set and a microwave oven. The staff was very amiable and catered to our every need. Location: the venue was close enough to a nearby restaurant and a good area. A few times we ate at Burger King, located not too far from the hotel.

The room was huge which is a plus for our family of 6.

Hot tub was out of service but otherwise an excellent visit

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection and quality was better than expected

Only complaint was a lot of LARGE obvious dusty cobwebs in the bedroom

Everything was great. Room was clean, check in went smooth and person who checked me in was very nice. Bed was comfortable and ac worked great!

1. Refrigerator did not fit in cabinet. Very hard to open and close. 2. Pipes in bathroom made a horrible noise when toilet was flushed.

The lady that worked the night shift when we were there was incredibly helpful, personable and a joy to see when we came back in again.

There was no way to make a reservation for 3 people. We were comfortable, but I felt like we should have been able to register 3 guests.

Lost wifi service often. Breakfast was ok.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend explorers

I really appreciated how quick it was to walk to Dogwood Park, where I enjoyed a lovely afternoon stroll and the Cookeville History Museum was just a short drive away, making it easy to check out local history and culture.

There was practically nothing healthy on the breakfast menu. I would have liked some whole grain bread instead of highly-refined white. The hot choices were fried and the waffles refined white flour!

we loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was great and there was such a variety to choose from. The refrig and microwave made it easy to eat at the hotel.

Only disadvantage was that some of the cleaning help did not speak more than 2 words of English!

The room was pretty comfy with nice bedding and a microwave and fridge, super handy since we stayed for a few days. It was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the ability to switch rooms after the first one had privacy issues. The only downside was that it was next to the pool with this annoying hum, made it hard to relax. But the location was quiet overall, which I liked.
